In a central location on Cologne's Domplatte, Gerchgroup is developing a modern and urban quarter. Various uses are planned here.

A 25-year lease has already been signed with the international hotel operator Radisson. In addition to the hotel development, market-oriented office and retail space is also planned, so that a mixed and lively quarter will be created in the middle of Cologne's city center. The building applications for two sub-projects have already been submitted.
